Tubes - From simple to complex, Composite Solutions' production roots come from making tubes utilizing Filament winding, table-rolling, hand lay-up, or a combination of processes. Often, to produce an optimally designed structure requires combining the advantages of multiple processes. Composite Solutions enjoys the ability to incorporate multiple processes realizing performance is priority #1.

Panels/Plates - Utilizing our large autoclaves, Composite Solutions currently produces up to 30' x 5' flat panels.

Complex Shapes - From A-arms utilizing closed mold, foam core expansion techniques to launch tubes utilizing hand lay-up and filament winding, to commercial vacuum cleaner heads utilizing closed mold, bladder molding techniques, odd and/or complex shapes are our specialty.
